MACS 2018 Christmas BBQ

The MACS Annual General Meeting will be on Saturday December 1st, starting at 1pm at our Chermside office meeting room.

After the AGM finishes (hopefully by 2pm) we will be have a Christmas BBQ for service users and staff (see invite above).

There is a special resolution this year for some constitutional amendments, mainly to modernise our constitution and keep our deductible gift recipient status as a registered charity. The notice of special resolution and some explanatory notes are attached below.

Just a reminder that if you want to participate and to be eligible to vote at the AGM, you must be a financial member (a renewal form is attached below).

The AGM Documentation was circulated to members last week, however there are pdf versions of all the meeting documentation below.

I encourage you to attend the AGM and have your say about your service. Please RSVP to the MACS office by emailing macs@macsinc.org.au or phone 3359 9596 by 5pm Monday 26 of November, 2018.

Yours Sincerely,

Tony Leggett, MACS President
