- Fast-response night time care, for 15 minutes up to one hour
- Lifestyle assistance for personal care, assist to bed, medication support, repositioning, meals and light cleaning.
- Pre-arranged or unscheduled support – whenever you need assistance
- Availability 365 days a year, including public holidays

Eligibility for Mobile Attendant Care Service
We assist people who:
- Have a physical disability
- Are between 18-65 years old
- Live in the MACS catchment area
- Have the ability to instruct our staff
- Are receiving funding for support – e.g. NDIS, NIISQ, Third Party – or have the capacity to pay for our services
All services are subject to availability.
What Makes MACS Different?
A Responsive Assistance Model
We’re contactable 24/7, every day of the year and our unobtrusive service is designed for maximum independence. Your team member drops in when you need them between 6 pm to 2 am to help with exactly what you need and then says goodbye.
Working With Your Carers Or Support Staff
MACS is on hand to help your regular team. For example, If you have a night time care worker who needs help to reposition you, MACS can drop in for 5 minutes, provide that support and then leave.

Your MACS team member isn’t just a carer – they’re a friend on call. By taking the time to get to know you and understand your needs, our professional team adapts to your changing situation.
