It’s not often we get to post a sporty action photo in our newsletter but this month was an exception. “Dave” (a.k.a. MACS manager Alison Herring), is pictured above representing Brisbane in the state basketball championships held in June.

Alison went on to represent Queensland in the Women’s National Wheelchair Basketball League (WNWBL) the following month. We’d like to congratulate the Queensland Comets for winning their WNWBL final against the Be Active Western Stars on July 29.
